Construction

At Geransky Bros. Construction, we offer the whole package when it comes to residential foundations. With all our in house equipment, crews and office personal we are the leader in new home foundation construction. From survey to rough grade it is one call, the stuff between; excavate footings, walls, weeping tile and damproofing, water and sewer connection, backfill, garage foundations, deck pilings, and all the slab work. Leave it to us. Don’t worry about the inspections, we will work together with the local inspection firm and take care of all the coordination!

With so many benefits like having our own concrete pump, in case the site becomes inaccessible due to conditions or having two new volumetric concrete trucks for the days when the plants can’t keep up. While our competition is looking for excuses we are creating solutions! All of us at Geransky Bros Construction are striving to make your building experience quicker, and with less stress, without compromising quality we are cutting down where possible. As the demand increases Geransky Bros Construction has expanded to meet that demand, as we are currently doing between forty to fifty basements a month.

Water & Sewer Connection

We at Geransky Bros Construction are always trying to make your building experience better, so just one year ago we started doing the sewer and water connections prior to the footings being poured. This beats the alternative of ripping up the front yard while framers are working and dirt needs to be piled on NEW asphalt. This also speeds up the building process making it easier on you the builder. It is no wonder we work for all of the top choice homebuilders in Saskatoon and area! With over 500 connections done in the first year it has been a great success!

Safety

At Geransky Bros Construction we are the leader in residential construction safety because as we learnt to apply it to our lives it has become our nature to think of safety. It is our goal that with education and training our staff will have the leading edge in construction safety, which is why we have our own safety personnel on staff. By setting a culture of safety in place will set the stage for innovations to emerge and for Geransky Bros Construction to continue its legacy.

Crushing Department

Our crushing division consists of some of the latest technology and equipment available to date. We have invested a lot of money to upgrade this department in the last three years and are run by a very experienced and compatible crew. We have our own gravel pits and access to several leased properties.

We have the capability to manufacture most products that are required along with the high quality needed. A great percentage of crushing is for our own in house needs and for our local customers and we have even currently have done some crushing for the local RM. Our motto is to produce the right product at a competitive price. We supply or make ¾" Crushed rock, 1" basement rock, ballast rock, road gravel, ½" pea rock, blend sand, torpedo sand, crusher dust, pit run, screened topsoil, fill dirt to name a few.

Shop

Our equipment is maintained out of our new facility built in 2010 which boasts two journeyman mechanics, one journeyman welder, two apprentices, a shop assistant, a yard maintenance employee, and our own parts department. Geransky Bros Construction is SGI certified and does yearly safety inspections on their trucks and trailers. The shop team take their responsibility seriously and are always updating their skills and training keeping our equipment running at optimal performance.
