Ryan – Vice President, Head Estimator, Proud Co-Owner
Ryan started working for his family owned business in 2004 at the age of 20. His passion for the company inspired by his father Dennis has helped Geransky Bros. Construction become a trusted leader in residential foundations and earthmoving. He believes “that it was a strong management team, being blessed with a strong economy, and great employees that got us here.” Ryan’s passion for product improvement has led Geransky Bros. Construction’s success in eliminating warranty issues like leaking basements and peeling garage floors by researching and the development of waterproof membranes and concrete sealers used on every job! Corey – Operations Manager, Proud Co-Owner
Corey started working for his family’s business at a very early age. He started with washing trucks and equipment, then moved up to concrete and cribbing work which led to him being a Crew Leader by the age of 20. Managing a crew that would be responsible for setting up footings and foundations for over five years. As the company grew and a need for bobcat operator arose, Corey gave it a try and quickly found his true passion; equipment. Dennis, having seen over the years his son both as an equipment operator and his understanding of the excavation side proudly offered the Operations Manager position when it came time in 2013. Since that time Corey has enjoyed being an involved manager for the equipment/trucking side of the company. Now as a co-owner he has the desire to be the most efficient, passionate, hands on example for his team members. Customers can feel assured when they Build On Us, that it is led by the passion and knowledge of another generation of Geransky.
Crystal Regier – Office Manager
Crystal has been with Geransky Bros Construction since 2006 and is multifaceted in her role as Office Manager for Geransky Bros. Construction. Her primary goal is to make it possible for Geransky to function effectively and efficiently so they can continue to provide a quality product with excellent customer service. Crystal and her husband Steve, who is the Parts Manager at Geransky Bros. are proud to live and work in Martensville with their two boys.
Geoff Brand – Safety Officer
Having invested 14 years in the safety industry he has an extensive knowledge in the safety field. Geoff‘s career experiences started with the Saskatoon Police Service retiring as a Sargent with 25 years’ experience in 2006, then working with Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association as a Safety Advisor obtaining his HSA, and after that working with other construction companies developing their safety programs. Geoff is going on his fifth year with Geransky Bros Construction, and makes his home in Saskatoon with his wife Carolyn and their two children.
Ken Doell – Lead Construction Supervisor
Ken is our most senior staff member as he has been with us since day one. Ken is a wealth of information and experience having worked on the drill rig, footings and wall crews, and now is the Lead Crew Supervisor/Warranty Manager. Ken takes pride in insuring Geransky Bros Construction quality of work is nothing short of excellent. Ken also takes care of sanding parking lots for our snow removal customers during the winter. Ken lives in Hague and is the proud dad of two adult children, and is passing on his love for the industry to his son Shane who works as a Construction Supervisor with Geransky Bros Construction.
Shane Doell – Senior Project Coordinator
Shane started with Geransky Bros Construction in the spring of 2006. Since that time, he has progressed through the company from stripping crew member to setup crew member to Crew Leader and since 2012 serves as our Project Coordinator. With his extensive knowledge of the multiple stages of building a basement he is a perfect fit for Project Coordinator, and yet as he works in the office next to Ryan he is continuing to learn how to produce the best results a foundation company can deliver. In this position Shane makes it a priority to deliver the best quality workmanship possible and takes pride in keeping our valued customers happy with the final results. Shane feels blessed to work for a great company where he has made many lifetime friends. Shane and his wife make their home in Warman with their two young kids.
Greg Hutchings – Project Coordinator
With our commitment to excellence and achieving our goals, we have recently promoted from within our company. Greg has worked alongside Shane in the field for many years and has a variety of construction and business experience. It has been a combination of his business minded approach and strong work ethic that have awarded him advancement within our company. He is now working alongside Shane once again, only this time in the office as a Project Coordinator. He lives right here in Martensville with his wife Paige. email@example.com
